After the m2, let's go for the m3!
The BGE Consortium is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the engineering services contract for the metro equipments of the development project of automatic metro lines m2-m3 in Lausanne.
Led by BG Ingénieurs Conseils with EGIS Rail and GESTE Engineering as co-contractors, this mandate concerns the engineering of the nine equipments domains on the m2-m3, namely Communication and transmission networks, Power, Active stations and tunnels equipment, Platform screens, Smoke extraction, Fluids, Equipment supervision, Stations and tunnels sub-trade, Track.
By acquiring this new contract, GESTE confirms its position as a major player on local projects, having already taken part in the construction of the m2 metro line of Lausanne. GESTE is proud to take part in the development of efficient and innovative public transports within the urban area of Lausanne-Morges, which is the objective of the project "Axes forts" led by the Canton de Vaud and the tl in partnership with the city of Lausanne.
